The Whitaker House is a two-story plus attic home with four bedrooms and one bathroom which can also be used as a multi-purpose room. The great room opens up to a large glass back wall looking out onto a generous back porch with glass doors. To the right of the entry is a two-story sitting atrium. The second floor houses three of the bedrooms including a large master bedroom with its own fireplace. On this floor there is also a ceiling hatch offering access to the very spacious unfinished attic.
